I'm 27.. I use to be real active until some surgery the past few years. I played college volleyball for 3 years.. I started jogging and walking again on December 26.. I have always weighed more than what I look like so I am not one to go by numbers on a scale.. So... I am just getting back in shape. I am not what I use to be. I had a hysterectomy in March of 2008 and am finally feeling great enough to start getting back to the old me. All I have to say is NO EXCUSES! As of April 21, I have lost 22 lbs since starting back on a walking/jogging regime. I am feeling better and looking great.. I get sooo many compliments.... Getting back to good ole Steff....
