I have got to stop drinking 5-6 cups of tea a day, especially have to stop having a cup or 2 after 4 pm. I guess there is decaffinated tea, I must invest.
Anyway, I struggled through an 8 miler today. It was very hot and I was suprisingly sore from the backward running. I still think it will benefit my training but must rethink how often and when I do it. Tomorrow I have a 4 miler, I am working on getting in my 30 mile week, hopefully the soreness will have subsided.
