You know your a runner/track coach mom when:
-Your daughter does high knees better than your freshman
-When you come down stairs to see your 5 year old doing push ups so she can have strong arms like her mom.
-When your 4 year old receives a pair of expensive running shoes for her birthday, opens them, looks at them and cries because they are not Brooks
-When you mention the name Hazel and your 5 year old says, "Oh my gosh Hazel Clark, she's like the best runner!"
-When your child's back pack is a USATF (United States of American Track and Field) spike bag (by choice).
-When your daughter, when asked if she will be a runner like her mom, says she is going to be a swimmer.
-When your daughter will not wear anything but sweats.
-When your daughter knows to take a bucket and shovel to the track.
-When your daughter knows how to rake a sand pit.
