Back to running II

Just a little update, went to my apptm with pt today, so far so good. I ran 2 times this week ( 3 m each) with 1 day rest in between. Pt checked out my back and my sacrum had slipped just a little, he adjusted it and the only restriction I have for now is no bi-lateral stretching or moves until the ligaments get stronger. I haven't fully decided if I will train for the Half, I will know when I am alble to do a longer run. I will welcome any input

Traxee user bmoore Sounds like a good plan RC. I feel better knowing that you are seeing a PT. Indeed, the test will be what kind of LSD you can do. I am thinking about you.
