Blister Shield

Blister Shield by ontherun08

I've been having a hard time finding help for my blisters. So far Blister Shield (by TwoToms, http://www.2toms.com) has been the best solution for me. It's worked better than Body Glide. It's a powder you put in your socks. They also have a roll-on for other body parts too.

Not all specialty running stores carry it (not even Road Runner Sports). I was able to find it at Run With Us in Pasadena. It comes in single use packets (shown) for less than $2 each or in a tub for about $10.

I think Blister Shield, double layer anti-blister socks and new insoles are helping with my blister problem. I don't think I'll ever be blister free but i can try to get close.

Traxee user bmoore I'm going to share this with one of my running partners. He is a Body Glide freak, but it really doesn't work all that well for him. BTW - I've been meaning to go into Run With Us. Is it a good store?
