I just wanted to say that if you are feeling down about losing weight or getting started, just remember that YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are times that I look back just 5 months and look now, and it is truly amazing what you can do if you put your mind to it.... So, if I can be an inspiration to anyone, that would be great....
I also want to say find a motivator or motivation. I am in graduate school and at my college, they have a "Fit Club" thingy... You sign up for free and weigh in 10 different times through out a semester. You can get 5 people and make a team or do it individually. Yea, you can win something, but I was doing it as a "reason" for getting back in shape. I wasn't really in it for actual weight loss in numbers, but just to feel better about myself and see a difference in my clothes... Well... I am in 2nd place out of 100 or so people, and just by a pound or two! My team would be in first place if everyone had weighed in the number of times.... So... Find something or someone that can motivate you!!!! I have lost 22 pounds since January 1.....
