This month's Real Simple magazine asked their readers to send in their not-to-do list for 2009, a New Year's UnResolution if you will. and I thought I would share some things on my list.
1) Be hard on myself for not being able to run a sub-3 marathon (or a sub-4 marathon).
2) Eat only healthy foods ALL the time.
3) Do I REALLY need to taper?
4) Self-diagnose and ignore that nagging pain. It seems to go away when I run faster and longer.
5) Skip the lubricant on long runs (chafing, people).
