Hi Gals,
Yesterday was my day off and it was lovely indeed, to sleep in, but in all honesty...it was a fight to keep me from running. I don't want to be all blah by Sunday! Tonight, right after work I am running a very slow 10 because I didn't make it last Sunday and then tomorrow morning I have an incredible hike planned with a friend. I wasn't planning on doing anything Saturday, but thats a tough one for me so I thought working different muscle groups while still getting outdoor exercise wouldn't be too much of a strain before race day. Then Saturday night I have RSVP to a BBQ...should I bring my own pasta?! Definitely no fun BBQ beer though. Is anyone else runing the nike Women's Half...pretty sure they are sponsoring it across the nation??
