Daily Marathon Training Log – Day16/17

I will edit this later this evening as not much has happened, but I did run! I have taken to running with a co-worker two mornings a week and we have been doing so at a local high school track. This morning we decided to try something different and took up the Chandler bike path running Burbank to North Hollywood-ish. Ran out of time to make the last leg that would bring us to the end of the path.

Either way, running a new route was refreshing. The distance came a bit easier, I mean hey, when you can say you ran from one city to the next, that’s pretty motivating! Another motivating factor that I happened to notice this morning, on the dawn of my cycle, I'm not crazy bloated and my body feels tight instead of flabby. I LOVE RUNNING!!!

Run: 4 miles – 9’45” – Day16

Run: 5.44 miles – 10’4” (.66 walking warm up) Day 17
