If you're getting blisters while you run then you should try these socks from WRIGHTSOCK - the Anti-Blister Double Layer Running sock (www.wrightsock.com/running.html). I was getting the start of blisters 15-20 minutes into my runs. I recently made several changes but I believe these socks were the main solution. Along with the change in socks I changed my insoles, applied Body Glide (www.bodyglide.com) to the trouble spots and tied my laces differently. I know, lots of changes but I think the socks were the main key.
