Another late night. As Betty pointed out a couple of days ago, rest is so incredibly important when you're training hard and I'm afraid I am really burning out. I did have a GREAT 5 miles this morning...but I was up until 2:00 AM the night before and felt physically exhausted and kind of dehydrated.
Having the discipline to run and train is one thing. I wish I could apply the discipline of rest with the same level of dedication. Ha, maybe I should start scheduling sleep appointments in my Blackberry!
