SUCKED. Not only did I not have enough ‘good’ calories until after my run, but I had sugar on top of that. Only 4 miles today. My bf was like…that’s cute, now you are saying ONLY to 4 miles! Side stitches set in on mile three and while I was able to alleviate those with BMoore’s method, my whole body just felt like crap.
The remainder of this week I will be stuffing moving to a new place, kids/homework/after school activities, and work on top of training for this half marathon. Yes, it will be a challenge, but I feel running is my relaxation time so really it is a matter of fitting in some ME time!
