This guy, Allen Geraldi, runs 23 miles to beat gas prices, traffic, go green, not to mention keep his miles up for Ultra runs.

thats awesome! I commute my daughter to and from school by running, but it is no where near as far! That is drive.

Oh man, this guy is amazing! I know a guy at work that bikes 40 miles every morning to our office. He's been hit by cars twice! My only question is how does he keep weight on?
