Chiropractics Saves My Day/Life

Chiropractics Saves My Day/Life by Betty

Over the last few months in increasing and varying my runs, new aches, pains, and questions have arose.  However, upon waking practically paralyzed yesterday morning it was time to seek a little physical magic.  And by magic I mean adjusting the spine thereby stimulating the immune system thus not only allowing my head to turn as it should, but reintroducing into my life a historically proven core preventive measure in living a healthy and naturally sustaining life.

Over the course of the last 10 years I have been under a Chiropractors care for car accident injuries, pregnancy issues, to evening out my legs, to fixing my 2 month olds restricted head movement, to ridding my other child of frequent ear infections.

How often we just deal with minor discomfort and less than optimal health until we wake up unable to move and wonder what the hell?!  Yesterday morning, I knew immediately I had to make it to the Chiropractor and I realized it had been two years since my last visit. Doesn’t it happen like that; we go go go (many of us trying to live as healthy as possible) but something somewhere in the body says NO!…I refuse to go any further until you take care of me.

For the last two weeks I had been suffering from a terrible cough, sore throat, fatigue, and to top it all…a bad attitude. Many non-invasive procedures from the natural health world are seen as quack-pot voodoo to those of you most familiar and comfortable with western medicine and so this may sound rot with fabrication, but I attest to its validity, as through my many experiences with Chiropractics it has never been less than ‘magic.’

With that being said, immediately following the Chiropractors adjustment I regained full range of motion in my neck, of which will be sore for a few days due to toxins being pushed back out into the natural flow of the body, and my sore throat gone. I sound stuffy…it is so awesome, because my immune system was given a kick in the butt…everything is being released, in fact I am in such a crazy fantastic mood and none of the shitty stuff in my life changed since yesterday. When the body is right, our mind is free to be so as well.

I will be posting up Chiropractic information today including its’ history, and long-standing involvement in sports.  Getting adjusted every so often is a preventive measure in keeping the body running at its best, don’t wait until you can’t move!

Traxee user bmoore Yes - I love getting adjusted--even though I have to admit that it still scares me a little bit.)I realize that the 90 pound woman-wonderling that I see could kill me with one false move). LOL. The Chinese have known about the release of energy, balance adjusting for toxic release for centuries. Is it any crazier than bringing you to the point of death to cure your disease like they do with cancer treatments? I think not! Glad to hear you're feeling better.
