As runners, whether on race day or out on our daily, you have plenty of stuff that you opt to leave at home for the sake of a hands-free, bulge-less run. So, what camera might you carry if you want to capture your run for a blog or catch the faces of friends on race day, perhaps immortalize crossing the finish line?
Your phone! While it may not take the best pictures (or maybe yours does!), most of you are probably already carrying your iPhone, Blackberry, or any of the others that offer to double as your music device, not to mention being able to call for help should the need arise. With the aforementioned phones, not only can you capture, you can instantly send your photos via e-mail or MMS to friends and family.
On that note…many of you are excited for the 3G iPhone launching this Friday and why shouldn’t you be! For runners, the new 3G iPhone boasts Maps with GPS and the promise of the uber-est of applications/plug-ins, the Lifestyle Companion (of which we mentioned in an earlier post…definitely check this app out)!
