Do any of you have problems with your IT Band? I'm training for the SF Marathon and I'm having some serious IT Band issues. I've seen an orthopedist and gone to physical therapy for four weeks. I still can't run/walk for more than 3 miles at a time. I'm stretching, icing, doing strength exercises and foam rolling like there's no tomorrow. Anybody have any more suggests on what to do? I'm also wearing one of those IT Band straps while I run.
