And no, in case anyone is wondering I STILL have not started yoga class. All I know is, the running friends I know who also do yoga swear by it as a cross-training method especially for maintaining flexibility, concentration and yes...most importantly, breath. Also search "books"...I think there was a post earlier about a great book on Yoga for runners.
