ella sport: Desire, Power, Strength and Cute As Hell

I was so excited to receive my new ella sport Grammercy Racerback Tank  in sunny yellow yesterday! Somehow it assured me that with all this rain we've been having here in LA that spring really is on its way.

Well of course I had to try it on immediately and let you guys know what I think, so here it is.

This running top is smooth and silky and extremely lightweight and comfortable. Unlike some tops with built-in shelf bras, it's pretty easy to get into (not like a straight-jacket). The seams are very high quality and all the top stitching is well done and straight. This top is clearly of great quality and will last me years.

Now I do have to say that the built in shelf bra is not going to be enough support for women with a B-C cup. You are going to have to wear a running bra underneath. Fortunately, the Grammercy top is constructed in a shape that hides a regular running bra pretty well, so I don't think I'll have any trouble.

Here's the other thing I love about this top. It is cut in kind of a "bell" shape so that it flairs very prettily around the hips - not skin tight. This top is not going to ride up AND it is very figure flattering.

I bought a size small,  which is my normal size and ellasport seems to fit true to size.

All in all I give this baby a "two thumbs up!" If the weather cooperates next weekend, I'm probably going to wear it at the race on Saturday. Oooh - that little extra hit of confidence is just what I need - look great, run great.
