The Starbucks 5K Race

I am excited to say that I finished the race without any problems, but a bit slower than my first 5K race.  I could've picked up the pace, but I admit that I was nervous and afraid that I might injure myself. But I finished and that is all that matter, and I have another race this Saturday and hope to do slightly better than this past Sunday!

Traxee user FreeSoul87 Thanks, I would say when in doubt, take it safe and slow!

Traxee user bmoore Yay! Good Job! I know what you mean about not being injured. I am actually thinking about "downgrading" my scheduled 10K this Sunday to the 5K 'cause I am afraid I am going to re-injure. Think I should do it?
