running myrtle beach mini marathon on the 24OCT

HELLO ALL TRAXEE'S, how is everyone?? Well I will  be running my FIRST half marathon on OCT 24TH,in Myrtle Beach,SC. I do have one question, how long after that should I wait to run another race, not neccessariily another 1/2, but something along the lines of a 5k to a 10miler?? All suggestions and tips would be great. Thank you,. hope everyone has a wonderful week!!!!

Traxee user bmoore Hey R4L! You are asking an excellent question and at exactly the right time...BEFORE you run your race. Knowing what comes after can definitely help you plan for recovery and ensure that you don't overdo it after your race and risk injury. I have posted here and at our Facebook page several resources for you to investigate in answer to this question. Check it out!
