I’ve been a runner for thirty-one years and a running coach for the past seven, mostly with Marathon Dynamics (a Toronto-based training organization).  I coach non-elite runners of all ages, abilities and experience – with an even split between women and men.  Many of the runners that I coach are “competitive runners possessing recreational speed*."

The women that I coach range in age from 31 to 60+.  They all work either outside or inside the home, juggling busy work schedules, family responsibilities and social activities.  Yet, running plays an important role in their lives.

I help women runners increase the enjoyment and fulfillment that they derive from the activity for which we have a shared passion.  I incorporate the latest running-related research into my coaching and writing, debunking widely held myths that are counterproductive to your running and training.  You will become more knowledgeable about health, nutrition and training.  Being better informed about injury prevention and treatment, you’ll be empowered to self-diagnose and treat many of running’s aches and pains.

I look forward to contributing to the Traxee community, providing practical tips that you can apply to help achieve your objectives for running, fitness and a healthy life.
