I'm a very new runner, just started with earnest in April 2008 and completed my first 10K on Oct. 12 - and broke the 60-minute mark! My goal is to run a marathon in October 2009 so I'm absorbing as much good running advice as I can!
I love what running has done for my life: made me leaner, clears my head from my stressful job and lets me eat WHATEVER I WANT. My only regret: I wish I'd started younger...I am almost 48 and am only now enjoying a flat stomach! :-)
