Finally have a moment to tell a little bit more about myself!!  I too, come from the post highschool track star thingy and am finding out what an incredible edge it has given me on creating a healthy lifestyle foundation.  Getting older means taking on more responsbilities which sometimes means entering into a more sedintary life than we are accustomed to in our formative years.  I love anything and everything outdoors from hiking and horseback riding to kayaking and skydiving!!  I totally love to mpush the limits, its fulfilling, not to mention challenging.

So, glad to find this site...its so easy to navigate and I  love it that the focus is women athletes...hear us roar!

P.S.  I just found that there is a map application on the Trax Log profile...so cool!
